An<br>algorithm for numerically-asymptotic approximation of solution&nbsp;of the corresponding nonlinear singularly perturbed boundary&nbsp;value problem for a model region of a conical shape, bounded&nbsp;two equipotential surfaces and a surface flow, is developed.
